Time spent with you answering all questions, never felt in the dark on any part of the process or procedures. Staff at the office and in my charts are quick to get back to you. You never feel rushed, on in person visits, telehealth, or phone. They show true concern and understand travel constraints when you live a long distance away, such as myself. I always felt at ease even waiting to go into surgery. The surgical team are professional but personable and comforting. Everyone I had interactions went way above what I had expected even my husband was well cared for while he waited. I would have no question of where to go again if I should need the other hip done.
